Cut Instructions

Please fill out this form to place your order for a 1/2 hog. Once we receive your order, we will call you to confirm the details and verify we have your order correct.

Price - $6.15/lbs - charged on hanging weight

A half hog yields 55 to 70 lbs. of retail cuts

Orders require a non-refundable $300 deposit prior to butcher day, we will email you an invoice which can be paid online or via e-transfer - the balance, including any extras for ham and/or sausage will be due prior to delivery.

Next Butcher Dates are Scheduled for November 2025 & February 2026

If you would like your ground pork made into pepperoni, or sausage (smoked or fresh), this is offered as a 25 lbs. batch. The trimmings from a 1/2 hog will yield approx. 12 lbs. of ground therefore you will need to grind either your shoulder or butt cuts to accommodate for volume.
