Whole Hog Order Form

Cut Instructions

Please fill out this form to place your order for a whole hog. Once we receive your order, we will call you to confirm the details and verify we have your order correct.

Price - $6.25/lbs - charged on hanging weight

A whole hog yields 110 to 140 lbs. of retail cuts

Orders require a non-refundable $500 deposit prior to butcher day, we will email you an invoice which can be paid online or via e-transfer - the balance, including any extras for ham and/or sausage will be due prior to delivery.

Multi-line address

Your hog will be divided into 2 halves lengthways (nose to tail); SIDE A & SIDE B - you will have a choice on whether you want each side made into roasts or chops etc. and can make different choices for each side to include more variety in your cuts.


Please complete the information below for your cut preferences. If you want both sides cut the same SELECT ONE OPTION; if you would like 2 different cuts, one for each side, SELECT TWO OPTIONS from the options provided below:

Extras - Additional Cost Add-Ons

If you would like your ground pork made into pepperoni, or sausage (smoked or fresh), this is offered as a 20 lbs. batch. The trimmings from a whole hog will yield approx. 20 lbs. Please select below from the available offerings:
