Meat obtains most of it's flavour from fat and the secret to perfect meatballs is to hold that fat in instead of allowing it to melt and drain out of your meatballs. The key ingredient in this recipe is a healthy dose of breadcrumbs, the breadcrumbs act like a sponge, holding onto all that fat and creating the Best Ever Pork Meatballs EVERY time. For a gluten free option, simply sub out the breadcrumbs for equal parts GF oats.
